Jen's Bio

Independent, honest, and adventurous, I bring more than 20 years of experience in real estate and retail sales, along with a 30-year career as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines. Customer service has been at the heart of my professional life, and I am committed to providing exceptional service and results for every client.

After graduating from Whitman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a minor in Japanese, I began my career with American Airlines, serving on International Flagship routes between Seattle and Narita, Japan. Three years later, I transferred to the New York JFK base, where I continued to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

My passion for real estate led me to become a licensed real estate agent in Manhattan from 1999 to 2002. I thrived in the fast-paced, competitive New York market and gained valuable experience helping clients navigate one of the country's most dynamic real estate environments.

In 2002, my husband and I relocated to Bethel, Connecticut, where we raised our two sons, both of whom attended the Bethel and Danbury public school systems. In 2009, we purchased commercial property on busy Route 7 in New Milford and opened Styles on Seven/Designer Garage Boutique. After successfully operating the business, we sold the property in 2014 and reinvested in real estate, purchasing and managing several residential investment properties together.

Today, I am excited to combine my extensive customer service background, sales expertise, and firsthand real estate investment experience to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Having renewed my Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson License, I am proud to be part of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, the nation's largest independently family-owned real estate company.
